Purpose

Execute this report to extract the participant data stored on infotype LTI Participant Data (0763), which informs you whether or not the selected employees are directors or insiders, and send it to the bank or broker for information purposes on exercising.

  1. The report extracts the relevant data on the specified date and generates an IDoc file (IDoc is the standard interface for linking application systems via messaging.) and sends it to the SAP Business Connector (BC) Server.
  2. The SAP Business Connector first converts the file to XML, then maps it to HR-XML on the basis of a set of rules so that it reflects the standards of the HR-XML Consortium. Once converted, the document is exchanged via the Internet.

Note

This report is meant for mass processing. It is therefore recommended that you execute it in background via Program > Execute > Background.

Integration

This report is run in parallel with report Export LTI Grant Data. To import the exercise data, report Import LTI Exercising Data is used.

Prerequisites

You must have:

  • Implemented and configured the SAP Business Connector Server successfully.
  • Maintained the following infotypes:
  • Personnel Action (0000)

  • Organizational Assignment (0001)

  • Communication (0105)

  • LTI Grant (0761)

  • LTI Participant Data (0763)

Features

Selection

In addition to the standard time-dependent and organizational selection criteria, the following information is required:

  • LTI Plan
    Specify a range of LTI plans to process (optional).
  • For Participants Only
  • If you set this indicator, only the employees for whom you have maintained infotype LTI Grant (0761) and who participate in the LTI plan (or range of LTI plans) you have specified are retrieved for further processing.
  • Export option
    Specify whether you want to export all data or only data that has been changed.

Standard Variants

Output

The output is a list of all processed employees sorted by personnel number, for whom the participant data was extracted. Correct any errors that may have occurred.
