RHEMAILAPPR00_LSO - Send E-Mail Notifications for Course Appraisal

Purpose
You can use this report to send e-mail notifications for course appraisals for participants who have completed the course.
You can send e-mail notifications for classroom and web-based trainings.
The following criteria are applicable:
- Classroom trainings E-Mail notifications are only sent if the end date of the classroom training is before the current date. For example, if the end date of the classroom training is 4th May, e-mail notifications will be sent on 5th May at the earliest.
- Web-based training: E-Mail notifications are sent only if the participants have confirmed their participation for the web-based training.
- E-Mail notifications are sent only to those participants who have not yet completed the course appraisal.
Integration
The report E-Mail Notification Scheduler for Course Appraisal is used to schedule a background job for this report.

Prerequisites
Features
Selection
Course selection:
Maintain the following information:
- Course Group or Course Type or Course
- Object ID
- You can search for the object ID using the Search Term field.
Note: It is mandatory to maintain the above mentioned fields.
Selection period: By default, From and To dates are set to lowest and highest selection dates defined in the system dates. You can change the date, if required.
Note: This is a mandatory field.
E-Mail Parameters:
- E-Mail Subject: You can maintain the e-mail subject in this field. If this is left blank, the default e-mail subject is set to “Provide feedback for: <Course name>”.
- Send e-mail from SAP outbox: By default, this option is not selected. On selection of this option, e-mails are sent immediately from SAP outbox. If this is not selected, the e-mails will remain in the SAP outbox.
Note: These are optional fields.
Standard Variants
Output
E-Mail notifications are sent with a link to the appraisal form.
If the standard text "APPRAISAL_EMAIL_TEXT" is maintained, the e-mail notification will include this text in the body of the e-mail.
