Purpose
You can use this report to perform mass adjustments of grades and other appraisal attributes for a selection of module-related appraisals.
Processing takes place in the Business Add-In BAdI: Mass Adjustment of Grades. The multiple-use, filter dependent BAdI means that several implementations can be active at the same time and that every implementation is assigned to a filter value. In this example, the filter value is the Processing Type that you have defined in Customizing for Student Lifecycle Management under Processes in Student Lifecycle Management -> Appraisal -> Appraisal Utilities -> Define Processing Types for Mass Adjustment of Grades. You must select the processing type to run this report.
This BAdI gives you access to the selected appraisal type and to all appraisal types related to the module booking for the student. You can run the report for the top appraisal type or for any sub appraisal type used in the appraisal template for the selected module.
The report selects appraisals according to the selection parameters entered on the selection screen. Appraisals can be filtered and then changed as required using the BAdI. Once you have done this, the report executes consistency checks and saves the changed records to the database.

Selection
- Select a module or a selection of modules as follows:
- Enter the Object IDdirectly.
- Enter an object and search for modules using an evaluation path.
- The starting object can be an Organizational Unit, a Program of Study or a Module Group.
- Enter the Academic Yearand Academic Session.
- Choose the Appraisal Type that you want to process.
- Choose a Processing Type.
- Each processing type corresponds to an implementation of the BAdI: Mass Adjustment of Grades.
- You can enter up to 5 processing parameters (alphanumeric values). These parameters are available in the BAdI implementation and can be used optionally to provide further control of the processing logic in the BAdI. You can use the BAdI method (PREPARE_MASSCHANGE) to change the program values of these 5 parameters.
- Make the technical settings such as Test Run and specify options for parallel processing if required.

Output
The report creates a list of the processed modules or errors that occurred during processing.
Activities
Example
You can use this report to select the check box Completedfor the top appraisal if all grades have been entered.
You can also use it to set the appraisal status and a remark for appraisals of the selected appraisal type according to rules used at your institution.
