RHIQFEECALC - Fee Calculation

Description
This program allows you to:
- Calculate student fees for the fee calculation period
- Correct the fee calculation result manually
- Post an FI-CA accounting document
- Analyze the fee calculation result
Prerequisites
- Maintain master data for Campus Management as follows:
- Create master data for the student, program of study, module, business event, organizational unit, academic calendar, contract account, contract object, etc.
- Create the relationships between student and program of study (registration), student and module (module booking ), etc.
- Make the customizing settings for student accounting in Campus Management as follows:
- Basic settings
- Fees
Features
Selection
- Student number(s)
- Fee group
- Fee calculation mode
- When you calculate study-related fees (fee group 2), you must specify a fee calculation mode.
- When you calculate admission-related fees (fee group 1), you do not have to specify a fee calculation mode.
- Fee calculation date
- This date is used to derive a fee calculation period.
- This date is stored in the SAP system as a posting date when you make a posting.
- Fee calculation period
- If several fee calculation periods can be derived from a fee calculation date, you can restrict calculation to a specific fee calculation period.
- Processing options
- Display the result before posting it. You can display the result first, and then decide if you want to post it.
- Post the result directly after calculation.
- Display the detail log for posting.
Output
- Display the fee calculation result
- You can correct the calculation result manually and post the new result.
- You can also analyze the calculation result.
- Post the fee calculation result
- If you want to display the application log, choose Display Detail Log.
