Purpose
The report reads incoming files from IB-Groep and updates the relevant data such as the Signal Code, Process Code and Defrayment Code in the database table. The report also displays the student data.
You send students details such as Registration, Exam Results, Previous Education, Address, Nationality, and Residence Status to IB-Groep through an outgoing file. The IB-Groep sends back the corresponding incoming file containing additional details such as Signal Code, Process Code and Defrayment Code.
This report reads this incoming file and updates the CRIHO Changes table (PIQDB_NL_CRIHO). For specific signal codes, recieved through an SM-01 message, the report creates the following of new entries:
- SM-21 message - Upon receipt of signal code 181 (No valid address )
- SM-24 message - Upon receipt of signal code 182 (No nationality available)
- SM-27 message - Upon receipt of signal code 183 (No residence permit available)
- SM-21, SM-24 and SM-27 messages - Upon receipt of signal code 184 (Address, Nationality and Residence Permit not available)
- SM-24 and SM-27messages - Upon receipt of signal code (Nationality and Residence Permit not available)

You have executed the CRIHO Outgoing Files report (RHIQ_NL_CRIHO_OUTFILE).

Selection
- Select the incoming file type.
- Specify the name and the location of the incoming file.

Activities
- To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen choose Student Lifecycle Management -> Country-Specific Functions -> Netherlands -> CRI-HO -> Process CRIHO Incoming File
- Enter the relevant selection criteria.
- Choose Program -> Execute.
- The report output screen displays the list of records processed by the report. The report also creates or updates the relevant entries in CRIHO Changes table (PIQDB_NL_CRIHO).
