Purpose

You use this report to compare the student data in the system (university data) with the data that is available with DUO (file data), and vice versa for a particular time frame.

The records that the system compares when you choose the option University data v/s file data are:

• Registration

• Graduation

The records that the system compares when you choose the option file data v/s university data are:

• Address

• Nationality

• Residence Status

• Residence Permit

• Registration

• Graduation

The report dislays the comparison result on the output screen. Any descrepancies are highlighted with a red flag.

Note that in case of comparison of file data (DUO data) with university data (system data), you also have the option of parallel processing. For this you must choose the server group and the packet size. The system processes the data in the size that you mention in the packet size field. For example, if you enter 20 in the field, the system splits the data into 20 records per packet. And these packets are processed parallelly.

You can decide on the packet size based on the work process capacity that the selected server group has.
