RHIQ_UCAS_APPLICANT_STATUS - Applicant Status

Purpose
Use this report to obtain information on the adjustment status of students who have applied for a change in University through the adjustment process. The report retrieves data on all applicants registered for the adjustment process, and fall within the specified validity period.

Output
The report lists data for the applicants registered for adjustment process. In addtion to generic information such as the Application Number and Personnel ID of the applicant, the report lists the following adjustment data for the applicants:
- Application Scheme Code
- Adjustment Expiry Date
- Adjustment Status
- Cancelled
- Withdrawn
- Extra Status
- Status
- Last Updated Date
- Last Updated Time
Activities
- In SAP Menu, choose Student Lifecycle Management -> Country Specific Functions -> United Kingdom -> UCAS Link -> Applicant Status. The Applicant Status screen appears.
- Enter the relevant information.
- The report obtains the adjustment process data from the UCAS websevice, and displays the same on the Applicant Status screen.
