Purpose

Use this report to import Applicant Data from UCAS web service.

Activities

1. Enter the relevant selection criteria.
2. To import Applicant Data based on a specific selection criteria, choose Select Applicants.

UCAS Report for Importing Applicant Data screen displays options for the Selection Method.

• Choose Students via Student Number to import multiple Applicants Data. You can select applicants whose data you wish to import, by creating a Selection Variant.

• Choose Student via Student Number to import Applicant Data for particular student. You can select the student by entering his or her Student Number.

1. To save a log of imported Applicant Data, choose Save Import Log.
2. To view a log of the imported Applicant Data choose Show Import Log.
3. To execute the report, choose Program -> Execute.

The report imports Applicant Data from UCAS Web service. If you selected Show Import Log, the report displays a log of the

imported data. The log lists all the successful and unsuccessful imports.
