RHIQ_UCAS_LINK_CHECK_DECISION - UCAS: Utility Report for checking UCAS Decisions

Purpose

Use this report to verify decisions made on Applicants, before transmitting the decisions to UCAS. The report verifies decisions using the Utility Report for making UCAS Decisions (RHIQ_UCAS_MAKE_DECISION) and only transmits the decisions selected for transmission.

Note

If you want the system to immediately transmit the decisions to UCAS, you must maintain the same in the IMG under Student Lifecycle Management: UCAS ->UCASLink -> Maintain Action for Send Decision.

Else, the system queues the selected decisions, and you can send the decisions using the UCAS: Report for sending Decisions report RHIQ_UCAS_SEND_DECISION_OUT.
