RHIQ_UCAS_SHOW_APPL_LOGS - UCAS logs for applicant

Purpose

Use this report to view a log of data imported or exported from UCAS Web Service for a selected Applicant Number.

Features

Selection

Based on date, you can view the following types of logs:

• Data imported from UCAS Web Service. The following reports call this report during their processing:

• UCAS: Report for importing Applicant Data (RHIQ_UCAS_IMPORT_APPDATA)

• UCAS: Reprocess Imported Data (RHIQ_UCAS_REPROCES_IMPORT_DATA)

• Reference Data imported from UCAS Web Service

• Activation Report

• Decisions sent to UCAS Web Service

Standard Variants

Output

The report generates the log of the imported data for the selected Applicant Number,based on your selection parameters.

Activities

1. Enter the relevant selection criteria.
2. Select the period for which you wish to generate the log.
3. Select the Type of Log that you wish to view.
4. To execute the report, choose Program -> Execute.
