Description

This report generates a list of course dates scheduled per course type in the period you specify.

The report does not display courses that are canceled, locked, followed up, or historically recorded.

This report has a pre-report RHXKBRO1 with a simplified selection screen.

Selection

The report output depends on the parameters you set in addition to the objects specified for the report and the selection period specified.

Location

If you select this indicator and enter a valid location, the report only displays courses held at the specified location.

No input is interpreted as all locations.

Language

If you enter a valid language key here, the report only displays courses held in the specified language.

No input is interpreted as all languages.

Selected course types only

This parameter only applies if you want to use the function 'Brochure' from the list screen generated by the report or if you want to print the list of course dates that apply to external participants only.

This parameter lets you specify that only course types are to be included in the list that have the indicator Include in course brochure set in the Course Type Info infotype (1029).

If you do not select this indicator, all of the course types that you selected for the report under Course selection are included in the course brochure.

Standard selection screen

This is not a data selection parameter. If you select this indicator and choose Execute, then before the report is executed, it takes you to the extended selection screen of the main report RHKBRO10.

Note
On the selection screen of the main report, you can search for objects by, for example, status. As a rule, it is not necessary to go to the main report since the pre-report offers sufficient selection options. Do not select this indicator if you do not want to access the main report before choosing Execute.

Output

The report's list screen can contain the following information:

  • Course type name
  • Selection period
  • Number of course dates scheduled
  • Course dates
  • Course locations
  • Course languages
  • Course short name

You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.

When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columns that are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hidden columns in the right table.

The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transfer the changed layout, choose Transfer.

To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layout as required by choosing Choose layout.
