Description

This report generates a list of attendance and sales statistics (sales = number of attendees x price) for business events in a given period.

Depending on the selection period you specify, you can also report on attendees that have to be billed or allocated as well.

This report has a pre-report RHXKURS3 with a simplified selection screen.

Selection

The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting, on the reporting period, and on the report parameters you set.

Organizer

If you select an organizer type and enter a valid organizer, the report only displays events organized by the organizer you specify.

Business event location

If you select this indicator and enter a valid location, the report only displays events held at this location.

Currency

If you enter a valid currency key here, the report displays sales statistics in the currency you specify if the exchange rate is maintained in table TCURC. If it is not maintained, the sales statistic is highlighted in red.

If you do not specify a currency, the statistics are displayed in the currency most often used for business event prices.

Output

The report's list screen can contain the following information:

  • Business event name
  • Total number of attendees per event type
  • Attendees for internal activity allocation
  • Attendees for external billing
  • Total sales per event type
  • Sum total of sales

You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.

When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columns that are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hidden columns in the right table.

The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transfer the changed layout, choose Transfer.

To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layout as required by choosing Choose layout.
