RHPE_EXPIRED_QUALI - Expired qualifications

Description

This report generates and displays a list of all of the planning objects in an organizational unit whose qualifications expired in the selection period. The list displays data on the planning objects,expired or expiring qualifications, their validity periods, and possible training proposals to renew the qualifications. You can directly access the profile and career display for each of the planning objects.

Note
Only qualifications for which a validity has been defined in the qualifications catalog are displayed.

Output

Procedure

1. Choose Reporting→Others.
2. Position the cursor on the entry Expired qualifications.
3. Choose Execute.

The Expired qualifications screen appears.

1. In the Organizational unit field, enter an organizational unit.
2. If necessary, change the selection period proposed.
3. If you want to have training proposals displayed as well, select the indicator Training proposals.
4. Choose Program→Execute.

The Expired qualifications screen appears. The system displays all of the planning objects in the organizational unit whose qualifications have expired.

The following functions are available from the list:

• Call the planning object profile

• Carry out career planning for planning objects

• Display training proposals
