Description

Standard Selection Screen for Reports in HR Funds and Position Management.

Requirements

If you want to use this report, the following conditions must be met:

  • The report uses logical DB PCH
  • At least "tables: gdstr." is defined before the Include in the report
  • The following forms must be defined in the report (they can be blank):
    Form Example of use
    SELECTION_SCREEN_OUTPUT Activate/deact. selection screen fields
    SELECTION_SCREEAN_ON_PA_OTYPE Set evaluation path

At the INITIALIZATION event, the following forms should be called up in the report:

  • init_finyr
  • init_plvar
  • init_descr
  • init_otype (parameters possible).
  • init_objid

Caution:
You cannot define the text elements of the parameters/select options in the Include - you must do this in the report. To make sure that the text elements are used consistently, compare the text elements of the reports that use this Include! When you do this, execute "DD-Texte ergaenzen" ("Add DD texts").

If texts for (new) selection fields can be determined from the ABAP Dictionary, this takes place in form SET_SO_TEXT.

Output

The report outputs 3 selection blocks, although all fields apart from PLVAR, OTYPE, OBJID and FINYR are locked by default. Any reports that require these fields must open them explicitly.

Caution:
If you add new fields to the Include, lock these fields, so that no existing reports need to be changed.
