Description

Output of detail information on one or more budget structure elements.

Output

The following information about a budget structure element is displayed in a table:

• Hierarchy of the higher-level budget structure elements

• Original budget of the budget structure element

• Pay scale classification of the budget

• Memos for the budget structure element (internal memos only displayed if selected)

• Reclassification rules

• Budgeting rules

• Financing details on the positions and people financed by the budget structure element

• Pay scale classification of the objects financed within the financing period. A page break is inserted before every new object.

Note on reclassification rules:

A distinction must be drawn between reclassification rules that are proposed on the budget structure element itself, and the memo from which the budget structure element emerges from the activation. The reclassification rules are first displayed on the budget structure element itself and then on the memo from which the budget structure element came. For the last one, the budget structure element that carried the original reclassification memo is displayed, as well as the activated quantity/unit of the reclassification memo.

You can change the format of the list if you wish. For example, you can hide or include columns, or change the column sequence. The adjusted format of the list can then be saved as a display variant.
