Title

Maximum FTEs

Purpose

This report determines - for an overall budget - the number of FTEs that exist and their classification. Results are determined for each employee group, employee subgroup, FTE range (maximum), and career group.

You need this information to ensure that the maximum FTE ranges are not exceeded.

Prerequisites

The employee group, employee subgroup, pay scale classification, career group and maximum FTE range must be defined for all budget structure elements with FTE budgets.

Output

The FTE budgets in the overall budget are determined and displayed in a list. The following information is displayed for each budget:

• Employee group

• Employee subgroup

• Maximum FTE range

• Career groups

• Pay scale groups

• Number (quantity)

• Subtotals and totals
