Purpose

You can use this report to list the booking status for each course element that is grouped together in a curriculum and to display the completion progress of learners for booked elements.

This report is used to list the booking status for each element for the curriculum and displays the completion progress of learners for the booked elements.

Selection

Object Selection:

The following fields must be maintained as mandatory entries:

  • Plan Version
  • Object Type as 'P' or 'US'
  • Object ID

Reporting Period: You can restrict the selection by selecting the periods.

Curriculum: Enter the Curriculum ID. You can use the Multiple Selection option to enter several curriculum IDs. If no entry is maintained, all curricula booked by users are listed.

Note: * - These fields are hidden on initial run of report. They can be displayed by using the Change Layout option.

Historical Record – The historical record flag in each result is relevant to the course element. This field is impacted by historization of course only.

Note: Historizing a curriculum does not impact the course element under it.,,
