Description

This report generates a list of all prebookings made for all course types in a specified period. Prebookings are listed per individual participant or group participant. The report output also displays expected costs, derived from the price (external or internal) stored for the course type per group participant or individual participant.

This report has a pre-report RHXVORM1 with a simplified selection screen.

Selection

The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting, on the reporting period, and on the report parameters you set.

Location

If you specify a location here, the report only lists participants' prebookings for course types held at the specified location.

Language

If you specify a language, the report only lists prebookings for course types held in the specified language.
No input is interpreted as all languages.

With employee prebookings

If you select this indicator, in the case of no-name (N.N.) bookings for group participants, the prebookings are listed per named employee in the group.

Without employee prebookings

If you select this indicator, in the case of N.N. bookings only the N.N. prebookings are displayed.

Output

The report's list screen can contain the following information:

  • Sum total of prebookings
  • Course type name
  • Prebooking period per course type
  • Employee name or N.N. in the case of group participants when you select
    'Without employee prebookings'
  • Validity period of course type
  • Course language
  • Course location

You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.

When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columns that are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hidden columns in the right table.

The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transfer the changed layout, choose Transfer.

To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layout as required by choosing Choose layout.

You can find more information about display options on the list screen under Help in the SAP Library by choosing Getting Started -> The SAP Window -> List -> ABAP List Viewer (ALV): Grid Control.

You can execute the following functions from the list screen:

  • Display and edit any notes that are stored for the prebookings.
