This report transfers the number of attendees to a new field especially created for this in the reference document table.

Billing and activity allocation is based on this new field T77REFDOC-MANZL.

Plan version in which the conversion should be performed.

Convert from no. Last reference document number successfully converted if the conversion run was not completed.

Convert all. All reference documents should be checked and converted.

This report is automatically started when you set the integration switch in billing and activity allocation customizing for Training and Event Management. Alternatively, you can/should start it manually before you run the first billing or activity allocation operation.
