RHRFPM_2FC_CLEANUP - Reconciliation of Documents in Accounting

Purpose

In distributed systems, it can happen that documents are posted in Accounting, but communication is broken after the update and the documents cannot be updated in HR. This is logged in table HRFPM_2FC in the HR system.

Any inconsistencies that arise can be cleaned up using this function.
