Purpose

Start this program if you want to create commitment at the start of a fiscal year or commitment period for all relevant objects.

Integration

This program must be run so that the system can record changes for all objects.

When the workflow is activated, any problems that occur are sent to the person responsible that was defined. In addition to the workflow, the Run Administrator Workbench provides an overview of the errors that occurred and options for error processing.
