RHRFPM_FIN_LIST_ORG - Budget and Financing per Organizational Unit

Purpose

You can use this report to display the budget and commitment data along an organizational structure.

Integration

Features

Selection

On the selection screen, you can choose the organizational unit from which the budget and commitment documents should be displayed.

You can also choose the period in which the organizational structure should be evaluated and the budget and commitment documents determined.

A display layout can also be entered.

Standard Variants

A number of different standard layouts are available that can be adjusted to individual needs.

Output

The documents determined are issued along the organizational structure. Only documents for the period in which the position is assigned to the organizational unit are displayed.

The amounts entered refer to the budget and commitment for vacant positions and positions with the specified holder.
