RHRFPM_MASSFIN_PCH - Mass Financing Personnel Budget Plan Management (Structure Evaluation)

Purpose

The program is used in the component Position Budgeting and Control (PA-PM-BM). You can use the program in personnel budget plan management for time quota budget management, where several persons are to be financed (1:n financing) from one budget structure element with a time quota of full-time equivalents (FTEs).

The program run supports as a mass run the financing relationship of several persons to be handled the same way for one budget structure element (object type BU).

Integration

Technically this financing deals with the relationship A/B300 with additional data structure HRPADPM.

Note:
Note that the program does not support the use of budgeting rules and financing rules.

Selection

The required data entry can be subdivided into two sections.

In the top section (Objects, Period, Evaluation Period, and Structure Parameter), you define the evaluation period and the selection of the persons to be processed. Persons are selected using the structural evaluation of the logical database PCH. The program hereby supports the selection of personnel numbers within an organizational structure (Object Type 'O') or a position plan (Object Type 'BU').

If no entry is made in the Evaluation Path parameter, the system sets the value to 'BU-BU_D' for the position plan evaluation and to 'O-S-P' for the organizational structure evaluation.

In the bottom section Processing, you can configure the processing options to be executed (financing relationship), the financing period, and the budget structure element. Depending on the selected processing option, different input fields are regulated on the selection screen.

If you have selected the Test checkbox, a simulation run takes place but no processing occurs. The log output shows you which data would be changed in accordance with your settings if an update run were to take place.

Output

The processed records are displayed in a SAP List Viewer.

We recommend that you first run the program as a test and then look at the output log before performing an update run.
