RHRFPM_RUN_DATA_CLEAR - Delete Administrative Data of Commitment Runs

Purpose

To improve system performance, you should delete the administration data on the commitment runs you no longer need. This makes it easier to select commitment runs that you still need to process.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

You can definitely delete administration data on old commitment runs (e.g. more than 6 months old) or ones from old fiscal years. If you want to check a run before deleting it, you can use the Run Administrator Workbench.

If a run still contains errors, the corresponding administration data cannot be deleted.
