RHRFPM_SET_CLOSED_INDICATOR - Processing of Completion Indicator for Commitment Documents

Purpose
The report enables you to set or reset the completion indicator for commitment documents and the assigned funds precommitments in Accounting. (SAP Note 1082588 contains more information about this functionality)
The prerequisite for using the program is that a closing date has been set in the system. This is done in the maintenance view V_T77HRFPM_CLSNG (as a Customizing object) or as a regular setting in the maintenance view V_T77HRFPMCLSNGA
The report supports the following three scenarios:
- Close documents:
- The program processes only those documents whose due date is before the closing date:
- These documents are closed if they are still open.
- Open documents:
- The program processes only those documents whose due date is after the closing date:
- These documents are opened if they are closed.
- Automatic adjustment
- On the basis of the closing date set, the program decides which of the actions above is to be performed.
Integration
Prerequisites
In maintenance view V_T77HRFPM_CLSNG or V_T77HRFPMCLSNGA, the closing date must have been set previously for the corresponding company codes.

Selection
You can run the report directly for certain documents or for individual account assignments. In the Process Control field group, you can define which of the three variants described above are to be executed.
Standard Variants
Output
The program generates a list of the processed documents. When processing errors that occur, these are issued in this list.
