RHSBES00 - Staff assignments

Description

Report RHSBES00 generates a staffing schedule for positions.

Positions are evaluated along organizational structure according to selection criteria. The list contains all positions and persons from one or more organizational units along with staffing percentage and approval and employment hours.

The system orders the positions according to the priority that you defined in the Organizational Unit Maintenance view, in the Relationships infotype (IT001).

Work schedule basis parameter

You can display work schedules in hours per day, per week, per month or per year.

Display holders only parameter

You can display either the position holder or the position holder and substitute.

Persons without positions parameter

You can also display persons who are not assigned to positions.
