Purpose

This report program serves as an example program to illustrate how to use the LSO_CP_REPORT_SCORMDATA function module. The report program enables you to select the SCORM elements for which you want to display data about all participants for a particular period and a particular course.

Selection

Course Selection

You can choose whether you want to display the SCORM elements for a course type or a particular course. You can choose between the following delivery methods:

• Web-based training

• Online test

If you choose learning net, you can display all the SCORM data for every version of a learning net.

If you choose learning net version, you can display the SCORM data for a particular version of a learning net type.

SCORM Data Element Selection

You can select one or more SCORM data elements.

Participation Period

The participation period can lie in the past or in the future. You have several options for restricting the participation period to a time frame such as today, current month, or current year. However, you can also select all to display all existing SCORM data elements for the course selection. You can also run the report program for a specific date or a period defined by you.

Standard Variants

Output

The data is output in the SAP List Viewer (ALV Grid). All selected SCORM elements are displayed in columns along with the default columns such as Course Description, Start Date, End Date, Name (of learner), and Booking Date.
