RHTHIST0_LSO - Training History

Description

This report creates a training history for an internal or external participant. A training history is a list of all training and education events that the participant has already participated in or is booked to participate in.

The report has a pre-report RHXTHIST with a simplified selection

Selection

On the selection screen you can choose the objects selected for reporting and the reporting period,

Output

The report's list screen can contain the following information:

• Name of course types participated in

• Name of course participated in

• Course dates

• Individual price per person

• Sum total of further training costs per participant

You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.

When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columns that are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hidden columns in the right table.

The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transfer the changed layout, choose Transfer.

To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layout as required by choosing Choose layout.
