Title

Creating Handling Units with Inventory Management Information

Purpose

Inventory that has not yet been packed is packed and posted to an HU-managed storage location (by creating HUs that are subject to inventory management). After the basic processing data is entered, the general packing function is called up.

Selection

On the initial screen, enter the storage location of the material that is not yet packed, the HU-managed destination storage location, and the plant where the material that is to be packed is located. If packing takes place in the warehouse, you must also enter storage type and storage bin.

Instead of parameters, a screen that you program yourself is used for this selection.
