Purpose

In the Vacancies infotype (1007), there was an inconsistent logic as to which field (status or histo) describes the state of a vacancy. This has been unified with SAP Note 1738349. It can still be that there are inconsistencies in the database from when the program was called in the past.

These inconsistencies are HRP1007 records, in which the following applies:

1) The histo flag does not match the status. Only the following characters are valid:

A vacancy is open (the job is to be filled) STATUS = 0 and HISTO = ' ' or

A vacancy is closed: STATUS = 2 and HISTO = 'X'.

2) The vacancy is not selected.

Furthermore, a record should exist in the table T750x (with the same status) per IT1007 record with active recruitment.

Features

In a first step, the report lists all inconsistencies in the HRP1007. Whether the vacancy is open or closed is decided based on the Status field. However, the user can change this for every single vacancy using a radio button.

If you choose Enter or Save, the database is updated.

In a second step, the inconsistencies are listed in the table T750x (only with consistent HRP1007 records).

The system checks whether exactly one T750x record exists with the same date and the same status for every HRP1007 record.

If you choose Enter or Save, the records are corrected in the database.

The value for T750x RESPO is only determined for the key date within the framework of this report. It is therefore recommended that you then run the report RHT750Xadjustement to synchronize the Respo field.
