RHXPE_EXPIRED_QUALI - Expired Qualifications

Description

This report displays all the planning objects belonging to an organizational unit with qualifications that are going to expire in the evaluation period in question. The results list of this report provides you with information on the planning objects, the qualifications that are about to expire (or have already expired) along with their respective validity periods, and on possible training measures that would result in a renewal of the qualifications. You can go directly from the list to the profile of the object in question, or to Career Planning.

Note
Only qualifications for which a validity period has been defined in
the qualifications catalog are displayed.

Procedure

1. Choose Reporting → Other.
2. Position your cursor on the line entitled Expired Qualifications.
3. Choose Execute.

The Expired Qualifications screen appears.

1. In the Organizational unit field, enter an organization unit.
2. If necessary, change the evaluation period (reporting period) proposed by the system.
3. If you want the system to propose training measures that will result in the qualifications being renewed, select the Training proposals flag.
4. Choose Program → Execute.

The Expired Qualifications screen appears. The report displays all the planning objects in the organizational unit that have qualifications that are about to expire, or that have expired.

You can access the following from this screen:

• The profile of the planning object

• Work through a career planning scenario for the planning object

• Display details of training proposals
