Description

This report generates a list of cancellations for one or more attendees in a given selection period.

Selection

The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting, on the reporting period, and on the report parameters you set.

Cancellation reason

You can select a cancellation reason here. The effect of this is that the report only evaluates cancellations made for the reason you specify. If you select no specific cancellation reason, the report evaluates all cancellations.

With employee cancellations

If you select this indicator, the report displays the cancellations of each employee involved in N.N. (no-name) bookings made by group attendees (such as the attendee types: company, organizational unit, customer and interested party).

Without employee cancellations

If you select this indicator, the report only displays the summarized information for cancellations of group attendees, not broken down for each employee. For example, it only displays the cancellations for an organizational unit, but not for each individual employee in the unit.

Currency

Use this parameter to specify the currency in which the cancellation fees should be output. If you do not specify a currency, the system takes the currency used most frequently.

Standard selection screen

This is not a data selection parameter. If you select this indicator and choose Execute, then before the report is executed, it takes you to the extended selection screen of the main report RHSTOR10.

Note
On the selection screen of the main report, you can search for objects by, for example, status. As a rule, it is not necessary to go to the main report since the pre-report offers sufficient selection options. Do not select this indicator if you do not want to access the main report before choosing Execute.

Output

The report's list screen can contain the following information:

  • Attendee name
  • Organizational assignment
  • Number of cancellations per attendee
  • Sum of cancellation fees per attendee
  • Sum of cancellations for all attendees

You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.

When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columns that are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hidden columns in the right table.

The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transfer the changed layout, choose Transfer.

To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layout as required by choosing Choose layout.
