Purpose

This report generates a list of courses as well as the participants booked for the courses, along with organizer information.

Selection

Together with the Course Selection and the Reporting Period, you can specify the data to be evaluated using the following parameters:

  • Course Selection:
Execution based on Organizer: If you select the object type as Organizer, Customer, Prospect or Company, the list displays the courses or course types organized by any of the selected organizers, along with the participants booked for those courses.
  • Selection Options:
Normal/essential/waiting-list bookings: You can choose whether you want participants with normal, essential, or waiting-list priority to be included in the list.
Course location: If you specify a location, the report only considers courses at the specified location.
  • Standard selection screen
This parameter is not a data selection parameter.
If you select this indicator and choose Execute, the system takes you to the extended selection screen of the main report RHTEILNORG0_LSO before the report is executed.
Note::
On the selection screen of the main report, you can, for example, search for objects by status.
It is not necessary to go to the main report, since the pre-report offers sufficient selection options.
Do not select this indicator if you do not want to access the main report before choosing Execute.

You can import the attendance list into WinWord.

Standard Variants

Output

The report's list screen contains the following information:

  • Organizer Type
  • Organizer ID
  • Organizer Short Description and Long Description
  • Participant's Name and Abbreviation
  • Booking Date
  • Course Name
  • Start and End Date of the Event
  • Course Type Name

From the report's list screen, you can execute the following functions:

Select the data you want displayed under Change Layout.

When you choose this function, a dialog box appears showing the columns that are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hidden columns in the right table.

The arrows let you determine which columns are displayed. To transfer the changed layout, choose Transfer.

To save the layout, choose Save Layout.

By choosing Choose Layout you can call this layout as required.

The report output is displayed in an ALV list.
