Purpose

You use this program to register table structures for the archiving object HR: E-Recruiting - Application (HRRCF_APPL). You need this preprocessing program if you want to destroy application data that you no longer require on the database. Usually, you only execute this program once and not before each destruction run.

Integration

You use archiving object maintenance (transaction AOBJ) to control the programs for the archiving object. Do not change these entries.

You have the write program RH_RCF_ARC_APPL_WRI available for the archiving object HRRCF_APPL. You execute the preprocessing program before you start this write program for application data.

Prerequisites

Features

The program registers all tables for the archiving object HRRCF_APPL:

  • HRHAP* tables
  • Infotype tables and tables for infotype additional data HRP*
  • T77RCF* tables

Selection

Standard Variants

Output

Activities

Start Archive Administration (transaction SARA) for the archiving object HRRCF_APPL to schedule the preprocessing program.
