RH_RCF_ARC_APPL_WRI - Destroy: Write Program for Applications (HRRCF_APPL)

Purpose

You use this program to destroy data using the archiving object HR: E-Recruiting - Applications (HRRCF_APPL).

You use the write program to select applications and candidacies to be destroyed that have the status Not Selected, Withdrawn, or To Be Hired from open requisitions. Activities and documents stored in Knowledge Provider are also destroyed. The data is temporarily transferred to an archive file. You can use the delete program RH_RCF_ARC_APPL_DEL to then delete the data.

No data is deleted from the database during the write phase.

Prerequisites

You are familiar with the archiving object HRRCF_APPL.

Features

The candidate profile that belongs to an application to be destroyed is not automatically destroyed; it remains in the system.
