RH_SFIOM_VIEW_ORG_STRUC_RPRQ - Display Organizational Object Replication Requests

Purpose

This program (transaction SFIOM_VIEW_ORG_REQS) is used to display replication requests for organizational objects from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with the corresponding organizational objects in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (if available).

The program displays replication requests referring to the following Employee Central object types and their corresponding ERP object types:

Employee Central Object Type	ERP Object Type
Department	Organizational unit
Division	Organizational unit
Business unit	Organizational unit
Job classification	Job
Position	Position*
Other object (including custom objects)	Corresponding ERP object type, based on the settings you have made in Customizing

By default, the latest replication request with the status Open, Pending, or Failed is displayed for each object. You can change the selection by choosing the Change Selection pushbutton or pressing F9. To select replication request for specific object types specify the organizational object type or types from Employee Central. You can choose from all object types that were entered in the Employee Central Organizational Object Type (V_SFIOM_OSITC) Customizing view. The list of requests is sorted by Last Change Date (descending order), Last Change Time (descending order), Creation Date (descending order), Creation Time (descending order), EC Source Object ID (ascending order), and Mapped ERP Object ID (ascending order).

Integration

Organizational objects are replicated into a staging area in the ERP system. The RH_SFIOM_PROC_ORG_STRUC_RPRQ program processes the replication requests in the staging area and posts the results to the database. You can delete replication requests for organizational objects that were processed in the ERP system and are no longer needed using the RH_SFIOM_DEL_ORG_STRUC_RPRQ program. For more information about his program, see Delete Organizational Object Replication Requests.

Activities

To manually process selected replication requests, choose Process Selected Requests.

To manually delete selected replication requests, choose Delete Selected Requests.

To go to the Analyze Application Log (SLG1) transaction and check the messages issued for the selected replication requests, choose Application Log.

To view detailed information about the organizational object, double-click a single request.
