RH_SFI_IMPORT_COMP_DATA - Import of employee's planned compensation data
RFUMSV00 - Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases PERFORM Short ReferenceThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
This report imports compensation data from SuccessFactors Business Execution (BizX) so that it is available for payroll in the SAP ERP system.
Integration
This report is based on the logical database PNPCE (HR Master Data Incl. Concurrent Employment) and uses the report class HRSFI_SY.
After you have used this report to import the compensation data, you run the report Activation of Employee's Planned Compensation Data (RH_SFI_ACTIVATE_COMP_DATA) to activate this for payroll. For more information, see Activate Compensation Data for Payroll.
Prerequisites
- You have defined how the SuccessFactors BizX fields are to be mapped to the SAP ERP fields. To do so, in Customizing for the integration add-on, under Integration Scenario for Compensation Data -> Data Transfer from SuccessFactors BizX to SAP ERP, you have performed the following activities:
- In SuccessFactors BizX, the application programming interfaces (APIs) have been made available for importing compensation data.
- Note
- Contact the Professional Service team or Customer Support team provided by SuccessFactors.
- In SuccessFactors BizX, you use suitable form templates for compensation planning that provide the data of your choice.
- In SuccessFactors BizX, you use suitable ad hoc reports to provide the compensation data.
- The ad hoc reports need to contain the columns for the form template ID and the user ID. The column for the user ID must have the property Constrainable. When configuring the ad hoc reports, also ensure that they only extract data from completed forms.
- Note
- Contact the Professional Service team provided by SuccessFactors to create suitable ad hoc reports.
- Compensation planning is completed in SuccessFactors BizX.
Features
Selection
Period
You can specify the current day or any key date or period for which the data is to be imported.
Selection Conditions
You specify for which employees the data is to be imported. You can show other selection fields that the report class HRSFI_SY provides.
Default Settings
Here, you can make the following settings:
- You specify which field set you want to use to import the data. For more information, see Field Set for Importing Compensation Data from SFSF.
- You specify which content the SAP ERP system extracts for the SuccessFactors BizX field USERID. Make the same settings here that you also use to extract employee data. For more information, see Options for USERID and Run Extraction of Employee Data and Organizational Data.
- You specify which ad hoc report is to be used in the SuccessFactors BizX system to extract the data.
- Note
- The values of the input help for selecting the ad hoc report are retrieved from SuccessFactors BizX using a synchronization report. If a new ad hoc report has been created in SuccessFactors BizX and it is not yet visible in the input help, you need to use the synchronization report to update the input help. For more information, see Retrieve Values for Input Help from SuccessFactors BizX.
Standard Variants
Output
The system displays a log that informs you of the number of employees for whom the data has been successfully imported and the number of employees for whom the import failed. If errors occurred, the personnel numbers in question are listed with relevant error messages.
In addition, all messages that the report generates are listed in the Web Dynpro application for monitoring the transfer of data from SuccessFactors BizX to SAP ERP (HRSFI_MONITORING_COMP).
