RH_SFI_RECRUIT_REQ_FIELDS - Insert and Check Required Fields in Field Sets

Purpose
This report checks the field sets that you created in Customizing under Map SuccessFactors BizX Fields and SAP ERP Fields to Each Other and corrects any errors.

The report checks the field sets to see whether all fields exist and are indicated as Required that the SAP ERP system requires to be able to import recruiting data from SuccessFactors BizX or to be able to transfer this data to SuccessFactors BizX.
For the field sets to which ad hoc reports for recruiting are assigned, the report performs the following corrections:
- If fields are missing that the SAP ERP system requires, the report adds these fields to the field sets automatically.
- If the Required indicator is not set for fields that the SAP ERP system requires, the report sets this indicator.
For the field sets to which templates for job requisitions are assigned, the report issues a message if there is an error so that you can correct the relevant field sets manually.
Selection
- Under SFSF Object Type, enter which field sets you want to check:
- Field sets that you use to transfer applications from SuccessFactors BizX to SAP ERP
- For this, select the object type Ad Hoc Report for Recruiting.
- Field sets that you use to trigger the creation of new job requisitions in SuccessFactors BizX from the SAP ERP system
- For this, select the object type Template for Job Requisitions.
- You can specify that the report is to perform a test run.

Output
A log is displayed, which informs you which field sets are incorrect and which ones the report has corrected.
