RH_SFI_SYNCH_METADATA - Importing Metadata from SuccessFactors BizX

Purpose

This report extracts data from SuccessFactors Business Execution (BizX) that is used as input help, for example, for the following fields:

• Field SFSF Object ID in Customizing, under Map SuccessFactors BizX Fields and SAP ERP Fields to Each Other (view cluster VC_SFI_FLD_SET)

• Field SFSF Ad Hoc Report on the selection screen of the report Importing Recruiting Data from SFSF (RH_SFI_IMPORT_RECRUITING_DATA)

• Field SFSF Ad Hoc Report on the selection screen of the report Import of Employee's Planned Compensation Data (RH_SFI_IMPORT_COMP_DATA)

• Field Compensation Group ID on the selection screen of the report Replication of Employee’s Compensation Data (RH_SFI_SYNCH_COMP_DATA)

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

Depending on the selection conditions, the report extracts the following data:

• Information about the ad hoc reports that are used for recruiting in SuccessFactors BizX

• Information about the templates for job requisitions that are used for recruiting in SuccessFactors BizX

• Information about the ad hoc reports that are used for compensation planning in SuccessFactors BizX

• Compensation group IDs from SuccessFactors BizX

Note

To import the ad hoc reports for compensation planning and the compensation group IDs, you can also use the report Importing Data from SuccessFactors BizX for Use in Input Helps (RH_SFI_SYNCH_COMP_F4). For more information, see Retrieve Values for Input Help from SuccessFactors BizX.

It stores this information in the following database tables:

• Ad hoc reports for recruiting

• ID and description of the ad hoc reports: Table SFSF Objects (T77SFI_SFO)

• Technical names and labels of the fields that the relevant ad hoc report contains: Table SFSF Object Fields (T77SFI_SFO_FLDS)

• Templates for job requisitions for recruiting

• ID and description of the templates: Table SFSF Objects (T77SFI_SFO)

• Technical names and labels of the fields that the relevant template contains: Table SFSF Object Fields (T77SFI_SFO_FLDS)

• ID and description of the ad hoc reports for compensation planning and related compensation plan template: Table SuccessFactors: SFSF Compensation AdHoc Reports for F4 Helps (HRSFI_D_COMP_ADH)

• Compensation group IDs: Table SuccessFactors: SFSF Compensation Group ID for F4 Helps (HRSFI_D_COMP_GRP)

If an ad hoc report, a template for job requisitions, or a compensation group has been deleted in SuccessFactors BizX, this report deletes the corresponding table entries.

If the ID of an ad hoc report has been changed in SuccessFactors BizX, this report changes the corresponding table entry.

Note

Note that texts are transferred from SuccessFactors BizX in one language only. For this, the report uses the logon language of the technical user that is defined in the secure storage of SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP. A log is displayed, which informs you whether the selected data has been imported successfully. If errors occurred, relevant error messages are listed.
