Purpose

You use this report to manage the integration between Learning Solution (LSO) and the social platform SAP Jam.

The following features are available with the activation of business function HCM_LSO_CI_5:

  • Automated invitation is sent to the participant of the course for the SAP Jam group assigned at the course type level.
  • Revoke access from the SAP Jam group assigned at the course type level by activating the customizing switch LSJAM_REVOK.

The following enhancements are available with the activation of the business function HCM_LSO_CI_6:

  • You can copy the settings from a course type to other courses using the SAP Jam Group Settings infotype. A new group can be created and copied to the infotype SAP Jam Group ID at course level. Invites will be sent for the newly created groups at course level.
  • You can revoke access to the SAP Jam group for a user if they cancel their participation in a course.
  • You can give or revoke access to a configured SAP Jam group for learners, tutors, and instructors when you set up the SAP Jam group Customizing.

Integration

The report RH_SOCIAL_SCHEDULER_LSO is used to schedule a background job for this report.

Prerequisites

  • You have integrated SAP Jam with LSO.
  • To execute the report:
  • The user must have the role "SAP_COURSEADMIN_LSO_SR_CI_4"

  • The user should be an administrator of the SAP Jam Group linked to the course or course type.

  • You have activated the business functions HCM_LSO_CI_5 and HCM_LSO_CI_6.

Selection

The report runs without any selection parameters.

Standard Variants

Output

The following details are displayed in a tabular format:

  • SAP Jam invitation status of the individual participants for each course
  • SAP Jam configuration copied from other course types
  • SAP Jam group access revoked for participants based on their course status
