Purpose

You can use this program to delete data on a claim in the tables ICL* and ICS*.

The following data cannot be deleted with this program, as it is stored in other systems:

• Notes

• Correspondence

• CD documents (payment documents)

The results log records whether notes, correspondence, or CD documents exist in a claim.

References in the basis tables to archiving of documents via Archive Link are deleted.

Selection

You can enter one single claim or several claims.

If you set the Deleteflag, the data records are deleted. If you not set the flag, the data records are output.

Output

The following facts are recorded in the results log:

• Fact whether notes exist

• Fact whether correspondence exists

• Fact whether CD documents (payment documents) exist

• Numbers of the claims that have been deleted or not been deleted

Activities

Note: With this program no check is made on any authorization object. For this reason, a breakpoint is set at DELETE in the processing. If you want to delete the data records, meaning that you set the Delete flag, you must deactivate this breakpoint.
