RICL_INVSTG_INITIAL_SEND - Initial Send of Claim Data

Purpose

You use this report to trigger initial send of claim data for external claim investigation.

The process is as follows:

1. You execute this report.

The system adds the 'Claim Investigation: Initial Send' trigger (0INV02) to the Insurance Mass Processing (IMP) - Manager.

1. You process the 0INV02 trigger in IMP Manager.

The system determines all claims that fulfill the conditions for initial send for external claim investigation.

Note: You use a BRFplus expression to define the conditions. For more information, see Configure Initial Send/Re-Search in Internal Claim Type, bullet point 'for Initial Send'.

1. The system then automatically adds the 0INV01 trigger to the claims that are determined.
2. You process the 0INV01 trigger in IMP Manager.

The system sends the claim data to the service provider for external claim investigation.
