Purpose

This report is used to display the details of the ILM notifications created in the system. It displays the metadata information as well as the key information for these notifications. Notifications of mode 01 are not relevant for display.

Selection

  • ILM Object
Name of the object on which the ILM process is run
  • ILM Notification Mode
Unique Notification identifier for each of the ILM processes. Possible values are as below:
  • 02: Archiving Delete

  • 03: Data Destruction Run Using Archiving Write Report

  • 04: Data Destruction of Archive Files

  • 05: Destruction Run Using Data Destruction Object

  • *: All

  • 11: Blocked

  • 12: Unblocked

  • From (Date/Time)
Date and time range of ILM notifications considered for display
  • To (Date/Time)
Date and time range of ILM notifications considered for display
  • Maximum Number of Records
Maximum number of records considered for display
