RILM_NOTIF_DES - Data Destruction Program for ILM Notifications

Purpose

You can use this destruction report to destroy data created during logging of ILM Notification data. It is essential to delete these logs at the end of the retention period as defined in ILM Rules.

Integration

This report is associated with the destruction object, ILM_NOTIF_DESTR.

Prerequisites

Ensure that valid ILM retention rules are set up for ILM object, ILM_NOTIFICATION.

Features

Selection

In the Data Destruction Program for ILM Notification screen, do the following:

• In the ILM Notifications section, select the ILM Objectand the specific ILM Notification Modefor which notification logs must be destroyed.

• In the Processing Options section, select the mode in which you want to run the report. If you run the report in Test Modedeletion of data is simulated and no real data is deleted. If you run the report in Production Mode, real data is permanently deleted from the database with no possibility of a rollback.

• For the other fields in this screen, see the respective field help.
