RILM_RULE_OVERVIEW - ILM Rules Overview

Purpose

You can use this report to get an overview of ILM rules and policies based on the selection parameters Policy Category, Audit Area, and ILM Object. This way, you can display the retention or residence rules maintained per ILM object or audit area.

You can choose to display live rules only, or both live and non-live rules, and then export the displayed rules as a CSV file.

Additionally, you can save ILM rules and policies in batch mode to export them as a CSV file afterwards.

Integration

You can also download the ILM rules and policies in batch mode using the report RILM_RULE_OVERVIEW_BATCH.

Prerequisites

You must have the authorization for authorization object S_IRM_POL with ACTVT 03to display and export the ILM rules and policies displayed in the UI.

Additionally, you must have the authorization for authorization object S_DATASET with ACTVT 33or 34 to download the ILM rules and policies in batch mode.
