RILM_STOR_TEST_AZURE - Test Microsoft Azure Connectivity

Purpose

You can use this report to test the connectivity to the Microsoft Azure storage account. This report executes operations like creation of containers, blobs and so on into the Microsoft Azure storage account using the input parameters provided.

The expected output is that all the operations are successful. Even if one operation shows an error, you must recheck the HTTP destination and OAuth client configurations before proceeding with any other ILM store operation.

Integration

Prerequisites

• In transaction SM59, the Storage HTTP destination is created.

• In transaction OA2C_CONFIG, the OAuth Client configuration is created.

Features

Selection

• HTTP Destination - Enter the name of the RFC connection to the Microsoft Azure Storage Account's Primary endpoint of the Blob service.

• OAuth Client Profile - The OAuth 2.0 Client Profile ILMAZURE_STORAGE_OAUTHPROF is available and prefilled. Change this value only in case you have created a new OAuth Client Profile.

• OAuth Client Configuration - Enter the name of the OAuth client configuration created for profile ILMAZURE_STORAGE_OAUTHPROF.

Standard Variants

Output

1. In the output screen, the expected output is success messages with the green light icon.

2. In case of any errors, the relevant error messages will be displayed with the red light icon.

Activities

1. Enter the input parameters.

2. Execute.

3. Verify the output.
