RILM_STOR_TEST_URI_CONSISTENCY - ILM Store: Test for URI(s) Consistency
Addresses (Business Address Services) CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES - Frontend ServicesThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
Purpose of this report is to check the consistency of URI(s) between SRS and the ILM Store. It means that it checks whether the collection and resource URI(s) existing on the SRS side also existing in the ILM Store for the specific storage. By this report you can easily identify these inconsistencies of collections and resources for specific storages.
Please note that this report does not check existing URI(s) from ILM Store to SRS, just from SRS to the ILM Store. The reason is that we only need to have a consistent data when we are trying to access a specific storage through the SRS via WebDAV client.
Integration
Prerequisites
Before the execution of this report, the responsible person should ensure that some stores are maintained properly on the SRS side with valid RFC destination(s).
The next step is to have generated any collection's URI(s) which should be checked. All these URI(s) have to have assigned a valid store (field: STORE_ID in DAS_COLLECTIONS table). In case that the store does not have set any collection's URIs, you will get a warning message that this store does not have any collection(s) assigned (there is nothing to check for this kind of stores).
Features
Selection
The report provides an option to specify a list of stores which should be checked. In this case only those collections and resources assigned to these stores are checked. Otherwise all available stores maintained on the SRS are checked.
There is also possibility to check only the specific collections and resources by entering their valid URI(s). In this case only these URI(s) will be checked with their assigned store status.
Note: Invalid URI(s) which are not existing in the SRS are ignored.
Store name - list of stores which are considered in consistency checks. By default, all available stores are included in checks.
URI- list of URIs (collections and resources) which consistencies with the ILM Store are checked
Activate detailed output- when this option is selected, detail results of inconsistent URIs are displayed in the spool.
Delimiter- one character which is used as a delimiter in detailed results for CSV format.
Standard Variants
Output
Output of this report is displayed as a simple overview of stores with their status (availability and connectivity status). For each store is displayed a relevant message by its status. When the store is available and connection works fine, statistics for inconsistent collections and resources are shown. These output messages are displayed in form of popup log window and these results can be later checked by transaction SLG1.
Green (Information message)- store is available and connection to ILM Store is working
Yellow (Warning message)- no URI(s) existing for this store and therefor the availability and connectivity of this store was not checked
Red (Error message) - The store is not accessible (connection to the ILM Store failed). The possible reasons can be that invalid RFC destination for the store was assigned or the connection was refused.
The user can also activate a detailed output for inconsistent URIs. All details for inconsistent URIs are displayed in the spool list. These details have a predefined CSV format and can be exported into the local file. Please note that in these detail results are shown only inconsistent data (only the list of invalid and inconsistent URIs).
In case that this report will be executed as a background job, these detailed results can be viewed by transaction SP01 (by generated spool number).
