RINDXRCN - Reorganize the IBDX Table for Standard Networks

Description

The node positions for library networks are recorded in the INDX Table.

If the INDX Table grows too large, then you should run a reorganization.

During reorganization, all saved positions will be deleted. When you exit a library network with "Back" or "Exit" the node positions will be saved once again.
