RINDXRNW - Reorganize the IBDX Table for Networks

Description

The node positions for networks are recorded in the INDX Table.

If the INDX Table grows too large, then you should run a reorganization.

During reorganization, all saved positions will be deleted. When you exit a network with "Back" or "Exit" the node positions will be saved once again.
