Purpose

This report is used to output a list of task lists and operations. The task list data includes indicators for long text and document assignments.

The operation data includes the display of maintenance packages and indicators for long text, document assignments, components, production resources and tools assignments, and inspection characteristics.

Selection

You can use criteria to restrict your selection of task lists and operations in categories such as the following:

• Task List Type.

• Task List Selection.

• Header Data.

• Admin. Data.

• Others.

The Key Date selection parameter limits the selection to task lists and operations that are valid at that specific point in time. If no key date is provided, then the current date is used by default.

The Operationselection parameter limits the selection to:

• Task lists with or without any operations.

• Task lists that have operations.

• Task lists that do not have operations.

The Change Numberselection parameter limits the selection to task lists and operations that are assigned to the selected change number.

Standard Variants

Output

The system outputs a list of all the task lists and operations which correspond to your selection criteria. The basic list contains the Task List Type, Group, Group Counter, Description, Operation, Suboperation, and Operation Short Text for all Task List and Operations selected.

Please note that configurable and hierarchical task lists are excluded from the result list.

Use Change/Displayto switch from change mode to display mode, and back.

You can call up the detail screen for the task list from the result list. You can call up the maintenance items and orders that reference the selected task list from the result list.

You can collectively process task lists and operations by first selecting the task lists and operations to be processed, and then choosing Goto > Mass Change. You can choose between collectively changing task list data or operation data.
For task lists, you can change the General Data.
For operations, you can change General Data, Internal Data, External Data,and User Data.
Note that the user fields can only be changed under User Dataif all of the selected operations have the same Field Key. Customer-Specific Datais only available if you have enhanced the corresponding structures for the task lists and operations.

If you do not wish to use change numbers, you can set user parameter EAMCC4_IA38_NO_CHGNRto disable change numbers for collective processing.
